Return & Refund Policy.

Our policy is designed to keep purchases clear and transparent, especially for items secured through an instalment plan.

General Terms

All sales are subject to approval by A&C Jewellery.

Fully Paid Items

Items that are fully paid for may only be returned or refunded if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt. Any return or refund request must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery with proof of purchase and supporting photos.

Deposits & Instalment Plans

Deposits paid to secure an item under our instalment plan are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. By placing a deposit, the customer confirms the order and acknowledges that the deposit is used to reserve the selected item. Deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, change of mind, or failure to complete the instalment payment plan.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or another method determined by A&C Jewellery.
